Shipping policy

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including correct spelling, spacing, and abbreviations. AerviHome is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, please contact hello@aervihome.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed and the shipment cannot be cancelled.
1. Order Processing Time
After payment has been authorized and verified, orders are processed within one to three business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
AerviHome ships internationally using fulfillment partners and logistics providers located outside the customer’s country, including China. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs clearance.
Estimated delivery time is typically between seven and twenty business days from the date of shipment. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times do not include weekends, public holidays, customs delays, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
3. Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to forty-eight hours to appear in the carrier’s system and may update intermittently depending on the shipping provider.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. AerviHome is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges, or orders held or rejected by customs authorities.
5. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but the customer has not received the package, the customer must contact hello@aervihome.com within five days of the delivery date. Customers are encouraged to check with neighbors, household members, building management, or the local postal service before contacting us. Once an order is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, AerviHome is not responsible for replacement or refund in cases of non-receipt.
6. Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If an order has not arrived within twenty business days after shipment, customers should contact hello@aervihome.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, AerviHome will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and circumstances.
7. Free Shipping
AerviHome offers free standard shipping on all orders. This allows us to keep pricing competitive while providing international delivery to our customers. Free shipping does not affect processing times, delivery estimates, or customs responsibilities.
