Refund policy

At AerviHome, every order is carefully processed and prepared. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be granted. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders are submitted for processing immediately after payment is confirmed. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed. Requests submitted shortly after purchase may be reviewed, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun. Orders placed by mistake, as duplicates, for testing purposes, or due to a change of mind are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
2. Damaged or Lost Orders
If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, customers must contact hello@aervihome.com within five days of delivery or the expected delivery date. For damaged items, clear photos of the product and packaging are required. For lost orders, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and circumstances.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from what was ordered, you must notify us within five days of delivery. Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue is required. After verification, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of international fulfillment and dropshipping logistics, all sales are final once an order has been processed. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind requests, preference-based dissatisfaction, or minor differences in color, size, or appearance caused by screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing tolerances. Returns are accepted only when pre-approved for confirmed defects, damage, or incorrect items. Items returned without authorization will not be processed or refunded.
5. Return Authorization Process
To request a return, customers must contact hello@aervihome.com with their order number and supporting evidence. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped within seven days of approval to our warehouse in China. International return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected, where applicable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within three to five business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If returned items do not meet the approved conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund entirely.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered instead of refunds if inventory is available. Exchange requests must be made during the initial support contact and are subject to verification and stock availability.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and reporting to payment processors.
